With over a decade of experience in educational leadership, my passion now lies in building the capacity of staff to ensure quality education for all. However, my skill set extends beyond education—I have extensive experience in private enterprise, co-founding multiple companies outside of education.

This unique perspective allows me to support both schools and businesses, helping them navigate challenges, foster growth, and develop strong leadership pipelines. I’m a strong advocate for workplace wellness, succession planning, and strategic leadership, and it is through this philosophy that Bien Consulting was born.
